Our concierges in many cases are like personal assistants to the building's residents. They will take package deliveries and dry cleaning and personally deliver it to the residents apartments and may make dinner reservations, reserve entertainment tickets, book cabs and order food for delivery and they have a great working knowledge of the local area.
The concierge is supported by our building manager who helps co-ordinates repairs and maintenance matters as well as managing the overall maintenance for the whole operations of Sydney Wharf apartments, while our Marina is professionally managed by Scope Maine.
